We measure how content is accessed for a living, so it would be incoherent to run a marketing site that quietly tracks the people reading it. This page describes what actually happens.
This website
What narrativai.com collects.
No analytics. There is no analytics product on this site — no page-view tracking, no session recording, no fingerprinting, and no advertising or conversion pixels.
No cookies. The site sets no cookies. If you use the light/dark control, your choice is stored in your browser's local storage under the key nai-theme so the page does not flash on your next visit. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it. Clearing site data removes it.
No third-party requests. Typefaces are served from this domain rather than a font CDN, so rendering this page does not disclose your IP address to Google or anyone else. There are no embedded videos, no social widgets, no tag managers and no external scripts.
No forms. Every "get in touch" control on this site opens your own email client. Nothing is submitted to us through the page.

Correspondence.
If you email [email protected]we keep the correspondence in order to reply and to manage the relationship that follows. We do not add you to a marketing list on the strength of an enquiry, and we do not sell or share contact details.
Ask us to delete correspondence and we will, subject to any records we are required to retain.
Engagements
Customer data is different.
Audit, implementation and monitoring work involves customer data: product information, configuration, access logs and telemetry from your own systems. That is governed by the engagement contract and its data processing terms, not by this page.
Two things are worth stating here anyway, because they are design decisions rather than contract terms. Telemetry we install records requests made by identified automated services to your pages — it is not a mechanism for tracking your human visitors. And the data is recorded against an open standard so that you can export it and take it elsewhere.
