Monitoring

Your catalogue changes, your platforms update, and AI systems change how they retrieve and present content. A baseline is only true on the day it is taken.

What we watch

Seven signals.

The recurring service combines software with expert review. You get alerts, a discrepancy queue, regular reporting and a maintained implementation backlog.

SignalWhat is monitored
AccessibilityCrawler-policy changes, and anything that alters what search and AI services can reach.
Structured dataStructured-data and feed errors, including ones introduced by a platform upgrade rather than by you.
AccuracyDifferences between your authoritative product data and what appears across the web.
RetrievalAI crawler and retrieval activity at your edge: which service, which page, when, allowed or not.
PresenceBrand presence, claims, citations and competitors across an agreed prompt set.
DriftConfiguration drift across your CDN, feeds, analytics and GEO tools.
EffectWhether agreed fixes actually changed observable outputs.

Shapes

How it is scoped.

Brand

One brand or product group, in its priority markets.

Multi-brand and agency

Several brands or markets, or an agency operating this for clients.

Add-ons

Catalogue validation, additional markets and AI surfaces, custom integrations, longer retention, managed analysis.

Your data

You can leave.

Customers can export their data and use other compatible services. The telemetry is recorded against an open standard governed bySPUR, not a proprietary format, and our ingestion service is one conformant implementation of it rather than a required destination.

Our value is the implementation, the evidence and the workflow. It is not locking up the underlying standard, and a monitoring service that only retains customers because leaving is painful is not a business worth building.

Monitoring follows implementation.

There is little worth monitoring until the data is correct and the telemetry is installed. If you already have both, we can scope monitoring on its own.
